Very cool! Though this is the - written - history of using it clinically, and my guess is that almost all of our ancestors were in ketosis either most of the time or very frequently.
Aren’t breastfed babies in ketosis? It seems like it’s our default state, and it’s only as we’ve lost that that we “discover” it as a treatment.
