Hello everybody!
Looking for suggestions on when the best time to do my workout…I’ve gone back to IF (16:8) and it’s not as bad as I thought it would be! should I be doing my hiit’s while I’m still fasting? Or later in the day after I’ve eaten?
I managed to put myself off exercise after reading that it can kick me out of ketosis (I used those stupid ketones sticks but I have since ditched them) but I’m ready to go at it again. I just want to do it right.
What do you guys do?
