I’ve got an A1C of 5.3% and have been on the ketogenic diet for 3mos now. I’ve noticed that ever since I’ve switched to one meal a day (dinner) my morning blood glucose is 100-105 even though it’s 90 at bedtime, 3hrs after dinner. Anyone else experienced this?

Yes, in fact I went to a well known LCHF doc about this and since my diet was good keto he measured insulin. My insulin came in low (3.7), so even with 110 blood sugar my HOMA-IR was very good. So no problem.
I recommend that you get your insulin measured. If it is high (>7), then you should be concerned.

My fasting insulin is 13.2 uIU/mL which I was told is within norm. Norm I was told is 2.6-24.9 uIU/mL. Is that not the case?

This is likely Dawn Phenomenon
My morning BG is usually 100-110, and was normally 110-120 back in September. My numbers are slowly improving.
