I’m there.

I actually don’t know what I weighed back then, I left school when I was fifteen. Now I weigh the same as I did when I was nineteen and first pregnant with my son though, he’ll be 23 in Jan.

I don’t know what I weigh now but I’m the same size I was before I developed anorexia at age 14. Disorder aside I’ve been spookily weight/size stable most of my life.

(Omar) #5

Now 10 kg more than high school

I was 65 kg then, now I am 75 kg came down from 90 kg pre-keto/IF

I am probably within 5 lbs of my high school weight but my body composition is different after having 2 kids. I still have clothes I wore in high school and can easily wear them, but I wore baggy clothes in school. I tried on my senior prom dress at the beginning of the year (I was probably 5-10 lbs heavier than I am now) and it didn’t fit. Maybe I’ll try again soon. I should mention that I graduated high school 20 years ago.

(Randy) #7

I was about 275 at HS graduation. Currently at 295.

I’ve spent most of the last 30+ years near, or over 400. Started keto 4/14/17 at 440.

I’m pretty much the same weight as HS maybe 5 pounds more. I don’t really remember the weight I was but at my wedding 33 years ago I was only 125. I’m 132ish now. ( I’ve been as low as 131 and up to 134 lately.) I’m happy with my size now so don’t care if I go lower.
My size is a bit smaller but that could be the way sizes have gotten roomier over the years.
I would love to increase my muscles. That may increase my weight or keep it the same as I go. Time will tell.
I still can’t believe I am where I am today, thanks to how this way of eating works!

I’m a few pounds less than I was in high school…however that’s when I started yoyoing. :grinning:

(She had one feck to give and that feck is gone.) #10

I am a little over 20lbs heavier than HS. I’m not trying to get down to HS weight since I now carry a lot more muscle. I am going to try on my size 3 (30+ years ago size 3, not today’s) Prom dress at the end of the year! That should be a hoot :joy:. I will NOT be trying to recapture that perm though :scream:

#11

Oh lord - I had a spiral perm

(She had one feck to give and that feck is gone.) #12

Girl! Same, but mine was also short! :woman_facepalming:

(Michelle) #13

I have always been overweight or obese. I was 203 in 8th grade. 170-180 my senior year of high school. Three kids and 25 years later, I’m 197 so I am fairly close.

#15

Which leg are you talking about?

(Frank) #16

This morning I am 1 pound heavier than I was as 14 yr old post pubescent. I’m about 25 lbs lighter than I was as a graduate at 17.

There’s no way I’m getting to my high school (or college) weight. I was 165 pounds and played the line on a football team (small school). Wanted to be a bodybuilder, so was much stronger then. Years of bodybuilding and other injuries (torn rotator cuffs, back issues) have taken their toll. Also, even with a lot of IF and long term fasting, and low carb/keto, I’m still ā€œobeseā€ by BMI (which, admittedly, is crap, as it does not take muscle mass, body shape, or genetics into account). I’m losing weight and gaining some muscle back, but I’ll never be near my high school/college weight, nor will I ever be ā€œnormalā€ weight per BMI (and when I was younger and more muscular, I was ā€œoverweightā€, even when I could see all the muscles in my quads and all the arteries/veins in my arms).

(Mike W.) #18

I was close to my heaviest in HS. 25# less than that now 20 yrs later.

(Connie Ortz) #19

I’m 6 lb heavier than when I graduated, and about 19 heavier than when I got married (my lowest weight as an adult). But I am also the lowest weight I have been since BC (before children). When I realized that none of my kids have ever seen me this size, that was a real eye-opener. They are 30, 29, and 25.

(Jennibc) #20

I am at the weight I was during my sophomore year before I dropped about 35 pounds so not exactly the HS goal I’m shooting for - but after losing 93 over the past several years, I am pleased. I’ve shrunken an inch since high school - dang aging! Consequently, I would need to drop another 40 to be where I was and if I could I would be over the moon but my goal weight is less than 30 away.

(Doug) #21

Same weight, give or take 100 pounds.
