Is it bad for ketone level to register 16.0?

What’s your blood sugar reading?
Are you taking anything that will mess with your levels, like exogenous ketones?

What are you measuring with? That number seems odd.

Just a thought, are you using a blood monitor and are you using the correct testing strips?
16.0 sounds more like a BS reading.
Suggest you retest.
