High cholesterol on keto help!

Just recieved my cholesterol result from gp and its 9! I’m cutting out bullet coffee and I have been keeping my carbs under 10g do I raise? I was 125kg now 130kg but I feel great and my shape is changing so much less bloated , energy up , sugar cravings now gone and I’m on senza and my progress has been monitored and I’m good on macros… I’m going to start be benocol and add avocado more. Any advice is greatly welcome I want to get this right ! Thanks guys

So your body is telling you that things are fantastic yet your doctor is saying your body is lying? I know it’s difficult to not put 100% of your trust in someone who is trained to look after your health… but what if the training that person received was incorrect and your body is telling you the truth?

It just seems beyond logical to me to not listen to our body. When something is bothering us, we worry and go see a doctor to see if something is wrong because we are listening to the warning signals our body is giving us. It makes little sense to do the opposite and stop doing something that makes us feel great.

I highly recommend this article by Dr. Michael Eades and the accompanying video by Dave Feldman. These men aren’t stuck in 1985 like your doctor appears to be.
