I just got my blood work done. I have 251 mg LDL whereas the max should be between 100-150. Is it because I’m consuming too many eggs? Can I continue keto with high cholesterol? I also have insufficient vitamin D2 and D3- it’s 68. It should be, minimum, for optimal benefit, at least 75.
