15 min. of bodyweight exercise and bands I have BP of 134/73 which I relaxed for 5 minutes before taking it. Just new input. Here’s the routine, so far:
3 sets each with 10 reps each of:
Pushoffs
squats
mid weight band I used for bicep curls
Feedback welcome, on BP numbers, it’s lower and I thought it would be higher after exercise. I was puffing and felt worn out, although I could have done more after another minute or so break.
It looks like, from the history on my monitor, that I’ve gone between on time 162/82, to most down to 118/73, with most numbers below 144/62, only the one time it got up over that for the top number.
