High ALT liver enzymes

Got high liver enzymes back from my blood work (74). I hear a high carbs, low fat diet is the answer. Not really wanting to do that. Any ideas?

9/10 it’s alcohol or fatty liver.
1/10 can be serious, talk to your doctor.

Assume it’s fatty liver to start with as your doctor handles the rest.
