I would choose to go for Japanese sashimi or Korean bbq (literally raw meat you cook yourself). Or hot pot. No hidden carbs. Another one is chicken wings (salt and pepper I’m guessing would be safe), or a salad with all the toppings on the side. Salad is a tricky one though. Even before keto I was picking fruit and stuff out of my salads all the time. And I just read that a lot of things cooked in butter or oil are actually cooked in cornstarch too? I don’t know if this is true though.
Hidden carbs in keto food while eating out?

Haven’t been in forever, but usually if I’m getting eggs someplace like that, i.e. IHOP, Bob Evans, etc., I will have them substitute Egg Beaters instead. Most places have something on the menu about substituting and then you don’t have to worry as much about what they might be mixing in with their eggs.
