I’m new to the forum & at very infantile state.
I’m eat raw vegan plant-based food, super low carbs & high fats. I fast daily (14-18 hours), I’m on low carb high fat ketogenic way of eating for a year now.
I’m a competitive athlete )Olympic weightlifting and bodybuilding). I’m 6’2, body weight 58-59.5 kg and I’m a professional sports coach.
I train 5-6 times a week, 90-120 minutes, no less.
In September I began doing MSc in Nutrition and hope to complete PhD, after this degree.
I’m hoping to research ketosis, cholesterol, lipids through these postgraduate degrees.
Today, started measuring my blood glucose & ketones.
