Morning Im from the Uk. I did LCHF about a month ago. I lost almost 14lbs in 3 weeks, I found it so easy, then I slipped and haput it all back on and am struggling to deal with sugar cravings.

I have a binging disorder too, though I managed last month to my utter amazement!

Also I though Keto was LCHF? Im confused and desperate:confused:

Hi Lilly. Welcome!

Bravo for getting back on the wagon.

You may want to keep a food log in the first month or so of keto. It is helpful to get a good understanding of how many carbs you are eating, and ensuring you are eating enough to hold back cravings.

LCHF is low carb high fat. The carb count can be as high as 50 grams. But, with keto, you need to eat less, in order to force your body to go into ketosis. A starter’s template is 20 grams. See if you can get into ketosis with that, and if not, you may need to adjust (go lower)…but that is rare.
