I just sprinkled some Celtic sea salt. Just sampled them for now but I think they would be an excellent snack to sprinkle on a salad,dessert or even entrée

Absolutely! I make my own while milk kefir for the base of my smoothies. Fyi Walmart sells a big container of the hulled hemp seeds and I’m picking me up some next time I’m there!

Those look like the Hemp Hearts I buy. I usually buy the Manitoba Hemp Hearts online. I think you can get them at CostCo as well. They’re really good added to avocados with salt, all my leafy green salads and the canned sardines I eat with olive oil for a snack sometimes. Great fat:protein ratio! The net carbs are zero according to the label on mine.
