Hi, ive been eating this way since april this year, and initially lost nearly a stone! (obviously great!) But, since then ive not managed to lose and keep lost any more.
Im female 45 years old, no type 2 ( yet) but it features very much in my family (mum, dad, grand parents, younger brother and younger sister) all have diabetes. So avoidance is my plan.
I weigh in at 10stones 12pounds and im eating less than 20g carbs! Help needed lol
I know im adapted because i can easily fast for about five days, but then the weight just comes straight back.

I assume you mean 20g of carbs and not 20%! I too started in May and have lost 40lb. But most in the beginning and I have stalled badly a couple of times.
My best advise is go to YouTube and type in Dr Ken Berry Weight loss stall. He gives a very comprehensive guide of all the things that might stall your loss.
Good luck and stick with it.
If you are at or close to your ideal it may be a little harder.

Try switching things up and see what works for you, everyone is different, so breaking through a stall can be trial and error!! Make small changes and see how they effect you, and maybe think about fasting to break through the stall as well? Good luck!!
