Here are my labs.. should I worry?

Have been doing keto for 3 months. Lost 30 lbs and feel great… went to the doc and these are my labs … should I worry? make changes ? stop diet? thanks

Total cholesterol 330
LDL 256
HDL 43
Tris 95

I am eating lots of cheese… eggs… fat bombs… etc… losing weight

It’s perfectly normal for your lipids to go a bit doolally at first. Both the change of ‘fuel systems’ & the weight loss can make things appear dreadful but many find that it settles down after their weight stabilises & their body gets used to burning fat as fuel. If you do a search you’ll find loads of cholesterol posts.

I replied to the other thread. As I said there, retest again at six months, when things will most likely have settled down.
