Help with frustrating stall?

Greetings,
SW: 180
CW: 173
GW: 145

I’m on day 10. I lost 7 lbs in my first 2 days (water) then gained 1lb back on day 3, and have been at EXACTLY 173.4 for 7 days. I’m testing in large numbers on Keto sticks, eating ~1300 cal a day, and 20-25 carbs. Zero cheating.
Can anyone advise why the scale isn’t moving at all? Seems like I’m the only one not seeing results!
I can’t eat mammals or birds so my food choices are slightly more limited.

If you have weighed exactly the same 7 days in a row, your scales are broken.

Agree with Alec that exactly the same weight down to the first decimal point means that something’s up with your scale. Also 7 days is not a stall.
In any case, assuming you’re in for the long haul, take some measurements asap (lots of them: arms, bust, under and over the bust, waist, lower belly, etc). If you want to lose fat, those measurements will give you much more helpful information about your progress.
