HELP! So confused!

Ok so I started to gain weight after hitting a personal low on the scale and I’m not sure why. I do IF 16/8 during the week and stay with in my macros and calories. On the weekend I don’t fast but keep in my calories and macros. Ive gone from 206 to 211/212 and I’ve tried several things to no avail. First I tried upping fat to 75-80% no change. Then I tried raising my calories from mid 1600s to mid 1700s no change. Then I dropped fat to 65% and upped protein no change. I’m stumped and a part from getting more exercise I’m not sure what to do. Ive been keto over a year and have only lost 40+ lbs. I am a type 2 diabetic and have decreased my Lantus from 120 units per day to 10 and my A1C is 6. I feel like I’m doing everything right but now I’m gaining weight! Ideas? Help me!

Other things to consider (in no particular order): eliminate all sweeteners of any kind; eliminate dairy; go zero-carb/carnivore; reduce carbohydrate; check for “hidden” sources of carbohydrate (a product might have been reformulated, so check everything); look over your medication list, if any; get more sleep; wait a week or two to see if the scale starts showing lower numbers again; give your scale to an enemy.
