Help! Slipped discs and slipped up. 😣

Hello all. I lost 24lb between September and December thanks to keto and was feeling great. Since falling off the wagon at Christmas, I’ve been on and off and now I’ve slipped two discs (L4 &5) and I’m in agony and living off carbs. I don’t know if anyone can give me some motivation to get started tomorrow and stay on track. I feel like such a failure. :persevere:
P.s. I’m loving posts by Keto in Canada’s Joanna. Any other bloggers you’d recommend?
