If you have salt in your house, just put some in your palm (maybe about 1/8 -1/4 teaspoon) and lick it of. Let it melt in your mouth and then drink a bit of water. Do that every other hour or more till you feel better. Salt is NOT dangerous and you seem very depleted now. Also if you have bullion or broth, that would do you good. Please check in again and let us know how you’re doing.
Help needed whats going on?
While I agree with others who suggest this sounds like a salt/electrolyte issue, it also needs to be said that we’re not doctors, and especially not YOUR doctor, so while we can tell you what it “sounds like” based on our own experience, we don’t know your medical history, etc., so you should be prepared to consult your doctor (or find one to consult) if these symptoms continue.
If increased salt intake doesn’t address the symptoms, then you probably want to consult a physician. Preferably one familiar with, and on board with, ketogenic eating.
I agree with the others. Little and often with the salt. Having some grains of rock salt on your tongue like Siddy mentioned every couple of hours is a good idea I think. My dad gets this way even now and then in Thailand and he tales some salt and goes to rest for a bit and is right as rain. You should feel better fast with salt. If you don’t and this continues, please go and see your doctor. Start using more salt daily from now on. But, please, if you still feel this way tomorrow go and see a doctor. We can’t give you medical advice and we can’t see you even to judge how you are. You have probably just over done it a bit and this will sort it but you should always check things out if you are worried. Let us know how you get on.
Thanks for the replys as for my health I rarely get ill I’m always the one still walking when everyone is ill in the house. Just been to the local nutrition shoo can you tell me which one I should buy ?

I find it freeing for myself to read on the forum and listen to the podcast so that I have enough knowledge to really take responsibility for my own health and well-being.
The amount of sodium and potassium look minimal in that considering you’ll need around 5000 mg of sodium a day. The chloride is from the other part of the salts. Sodium-chloride, potassium-chloride etc.
