HELP!.......Need to get back!

Started Keto in October and LOVED it!! Then Christmas I fell off wagon and have tryed to get back on ever since. I start off the day good then come home and all self control is gone… What if fastest way to get back into ketogenesis??

I know what you mean! Holidays and crazy kid schedules detoured me more right after holidays, actually. I’ve been doing Keto on / off since. Am in day 2 of fast that I hope to keep until Saturday. Having dinner with friends at the Chop House and have already studied the menu and looking forward to steak with a butter/mushroom sauce!! Planning definitely helps and I also like keeping a journal. Take it one day at a time! You’ve done it before and enjoyed it-do it again!!!

If you REALLY want to get straight into it, then fast from 6pm, get up the next morning and go for a 4 hour walk. You will be producing ketones by the end of it!

Fast for a few hours… days… however long you can manage.
