My 74 year old aunt would like this test. However the doctors in her medical group refuse to write her a prescription/referral. She is able to pay out of pocket, but so far, the labs won’t do it without a doctors referral. She was considering a company called lifeline screening, but I couldn’t discern if its actually a CAC test they are giving.
