l’ve been on Keto since late February, I was doing well I lost a total if 19 pounds and all of the sudden I gained weight. I don’t know what I could be doing wrong. I’m staying within my carbs or lower. I eating my fats and protein. I want to re-start or re-vamp Keto. how can I jump start. I need help I really do.

It could be that your body has gotten used to your schedule and eating pattern. Try changing it up a little bit for awhile to keep your body guessing. Try maybe adding some fasting or cutting dairy for a few days. Something different.

My weight is going up, but my waist size and fat is going down (I can feel muscles and bones where I haven’t felt them previously). I am not letting the scales bother me as I have done previously, rather I’m using them for curiosity.
