**Need advice

I have been doing keto for over two months and I love some of the things about it especially not feeling hungry but I’m still not losing weight. I chart everything and I don’t know if I go overboard or not esp cially with carbs being low. I’m over 60 and not very active so maybe that’s it I don’t know. How I’m starting to fast a little like 24 hour fast but that’s about it. I keep my carbs well under 20 and my protein about 20-28 I believe and the rest fat. I weigh
177 and I’m only a little over 5 ft tall. Am I just being too impatient or what. Would love any suggestions you may have for me…**i chart my macros on my fitness pal daily. Thanks in advance for any help and suggestions.

Increase your protein to 60g

Thank you I will try to lower protein and up fat and see what happens

INCREASE not decrease. The low amounts you’re consuming are dangerous.

So up the protein and fats? Sorry but this has been a bit confusing to me.

Try to up your protein a bit, but just eat fat to satiety. Have you lost any weight? Are you doing anything different? Can you add it one 30 min walk a day?

When you say your protein is about 20-28, is that grams or a percent?

I have lost about 10 pounds and it came off pretty quickly. It’s 20 percent for protein and 5 percent carbs and the rest fats although not perfect but keeping carbs 20 or below pretty consistent. I don’t know if this is candida related being on the keto diet but that has been going on the last couple of days. Listening to another podcast said that can happen and even need to up my carbs. Does that sound right, just curious. Thanks for your imput. I have learned so much from all of you so thanks again
