I am a 51 year old female. I am 5’4” 134 lbs.
I am a type 1 diabetic; hypothyroidism
I have been trying Keto for over 1 month however I am starving all the time; end up with either high sugars or lows; haven’t lost 1 pound.
I use treadmill daily plus other excercise I.e. hiking etc.
It was recommended by Lose It app to limit calories to 1260. Carbs less than 20%. Fats 70-75%. Protein 25%-29%.
I am still craving sweets like berries; yogurt; etc.
I also take MCT oil (coconut).
Any help or advice?
