Hi all !
We are going on a 2 week holiday next friday. During the holiday we wil be doing 5 , 5 to 7 hour hikes.
i am about 3 monthes in to keto but the idea to go on a hike that long without my “trusty” carbs (wraps with ham and cheese german sourdough bread, apples, banana’s and some dextro tabs just in case
) still scares me a bit.
maybe someone can give me some good idea’s for foods to take
i was thinking :
- nuts
- boiled egg
- bell pepper
maybe some sliced deli meats ?
