no, but if you don’t want to waste a carb on one tiny piece of chocolate, try making your own without ANY sugar!
I make delicious chocolate bars and eat about 1/4 of the whole bar each day … the entire bar is like 1 net carb but I wouldn’t eat the entire thing personally, because I watch total carbs (not net), and try to fill myself up with meats and cheese primarily. It’s a great recipe, using 1 oz baker’s chocolate, 4 tablespoons of butter, tsp of vanilla, pinch of salt, and powdered erythritol to taste (and personally I keep the sweetener low, because if it’s too sweet I WILL want to eat the whole bar. So just enough to be a yummy little treat). Pour into molds and freeze. Viola!
