Today I have had 2 BPCs and taco meat on top of pork rinds with sour cream cheese and salsa. Yesterday, I had 2 BPCs, a chicken Caesar salad and a piece of chicken parm.

What’s your weekly caloric deficit? Are you weighing and measuring your food?

I’m usually 400-500/day calories under what I nee. I do measure and weigh my food.

What would you consider “long enough”? It’s very frustrating.
