Been Keto dieting since the end of June. Lost 35 lbs. Got through the holidays with no weight gain. Off of all meds for my sugar and readings have been good. So need to lose 20 more. Need advice how to break through this plateau. Happy New Year everyone. Keto on!

Iāve heard an āegg fastā is a way to come off of a plateau. Kind of stands to reason as eggs are low calorie. Iāve never done it, but I think you eat eggs and egg dishes for 2-3 days.
Hi. 20 lbs. I donāt know, some people tell me to stop. I would like to go down one more dress size. I eat mostly meat and vegetables, around 1100 calories a day, under 30 carbs, My sugar being controlled and on no meds is my main concern. I weighed 202 June 17 and now I am at 165. My last loss was Dec 9. I plan on starting to walk the dog twice a day but donāt exercise much. Most days I try and eat between 1 and 6. I let myself have an Atkins treat now and then but plan on not having them until I am on maintenance. I only eat before 1 if there is a breakfast invite. Then I will have bacon and an egg or a cheese and bacon omelet. I have found if I eat breakfast I am hungry all day and have a higher calorie maybe closer to 1400. I feel great and with my sugar plan on following this way of eating for life. Hope I answered all for questions. Thanks for asking. Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Sounds like youāre not eating enough possibly, unless you truly donāt feel hungry

You have to give your body time to adjust to the weight loss it has already experienced. Iāve stalled for a month more than once throughout this process. As cliche as it sounds, as long as you stick with it, this too shall pass.
And yes I agree to lay off of the Atkins treats, especially for now. Good luck and KCKO!
