The Pecan versus Macadamia debate is becoming like a Florida vote tally.
Hereās what cronometer says about the matter:
The difference seems minimal enough, as long as we donāt snack on too much of either.

Thank you Brennan you have put my mind at rest with that post, you have basically described my exact current routine. I have been eating the four veggies you named and oven roasted too, I love em all. The nut thing is just a small amount I always measure out 40g in the morning and make that last all day so as to not over do it. The same with a keto fat bomb, I cut one into 4 pieces and restrict myself to that quarter serving per day. So I am careful not to pig out on anything but as I am still early on my journey at present sometimes feel in need of a goodie, if a 1/4 of a fat bomb can be called that.
Thanks again
You may want to eat the whole fat bomb at once, fat fills you up. Like I said āif youāre hungry, eatā.
Multiple small snacks (unless theyāre pure fat) will spike your insulin each time you have one. The fewer insulin spikes the better. Also the idea that you have to have many meals and snacks spread out evenly each day is for carb based creatures not we ketonians!
If youāre hungry, eat to satiety, carry on with your day till you get hungry again. And spoiler alert eat again! Keep it keto and youāll be doing great in no time.
