Heart palm noodles

I saw on shark tank today, a hearts of palm noodle substitute. Now my episodes of viewing shark tank are skewed, because I only get them as Hulu puts them out so this is probably 6 months old, but hearts of palm in all the survivor-ese shows has always been a staple.

Anyway, just wondering if anyone tried it.

6 pack is cheaper. I don’t intend on buying it myself either, just thought it was interesting. I find zucchini very good as pasta replacement, especially in lasagna.

I ordered 1 can to give it a whirl. Haven’t tried it yet though. $10 a can is a bit excessive, which is why I don’t care for Amazon very much…

I agree…I love Hearts of Palm in a salad…Could probably just buy the canned hearts of palm at the grocery store and cut them into strips…Might try…I do like Zoodles as well.

Note: though it is 16 oz can, they count 6 servings at 1 carb net per serving.

Might be worth it, just depends.

My thought exactly. That’s why I decided to test drive a can and see if it was worth it. I’ll let ya know when I get around to it.

Did you like them? Also, if I don’t care about the shape, can’t I just buy a can of hearts of palm for around $3 at the grocery store? Thinking like in a chicken Alfredo casserole.

Wow! Has it been 3 mos. already?! It’s still sitting on my pantry shelf. Stupid Keto, I’ve had no desire for pasta! Go figure. Guess I better go check the expiration date lol.
