Health Dare Question

(Scott) #1

I keep hearing a commercial promoting the “Health Dare” on talk radio. It is very expensive. Many parts of it sound like keto WOE.

You don’t need to exercise or go to a gym.
You don’t have to starve.
You can eat real food
You change your body at a cellular level.

The two lines that really bug me are 1) “You can even eat junk food” and 2) “There are only two foods you can’t eat.” I have tried to search for the two foods but find nothing. This is a really big business and they stack the google search in their favor.

I am not in need of the health dare because I am not overweight and keto works for me. I just want to know what the two foods are. Any ideas?

Sugar and white flour. Not enough cutting of anti food for me! :cowboy_hat_face:

Hmm, lets see sugar and white flour. I think that would be most bread, pasta, fruit, so I guess it is not all that far off from keto. I knew it. They could get really simple and say only one food you can’t eat CARBS!

They leave out corn, oats, seed oil, legumes, starchy root vegetables, low fat dairy, and processed stuff like foods with hydrogenated fat and corn starch. It could still be very high carb if you make poor choices. :cowboy_hat_face:
