HC vs HWC

Can someone tell me the difference ( in the keto world) between HWC and HC. I accidentally picked up heavy cream instead of heavy whipping cream. Did I mess up???

Nope, they’re pretty much the same thing keto speaking. Heavy cream can have a touch more fat than whipping cream.

The best cream I’ve had is from a local farm and is pure cream. Nothing else. Unfortunately, it’s over twice as expensive as the normal stuff.
