The last 3 weeks my weight has pretty much stayed the same between 153-155, I’m not that mad because Iv already lost weight (30 pounds) and its my fault I’m not losing right now because I have cheated on the weekends these past few weeks so I know why it’s just coasting along. This week though my stomach feels smaller , not as big of a bump , how is it imnnot losing weight but look smaller or feel smaller. I don’t work out so I don’t think muscle really has anything to do with it but I don’t know .

I have to second the measurements. Take them on a regular basis. Keto is magic that way, and I don’t believe it’s uncommon to loose inches and not budge the scale, regardless of exercise. Been there, done that!

You don’t necessarily have to be doing a ton of exercise to replace fat with lean body tissue. The diet will do some of that work for you.
