I am in my first week of trying keto. I have lost 7 lbs. so far. I also just started to return to the gym again. Has anyone tried Perfect Keto base? Is it any good? If not, is there anything else you would recommend? I would also love a good protein shake for the AM that is acceptable.

I use it and like it as a pre workout! Although I would recommend waiting to use it for another month or so. Your body is still learning to get used to using ketones as fuel, right now your body will likely not benefit from it since you are not yet fat adapted.
