My Monday evening headache turned into a miagraine on Tuesday that kicked my [spoiler]ass[/spoiler]. I ate pizza late, late, way later than a reasonable hour Tuesday night which snoballed into a full out carb frenzy Wednesday. I ate my keto breakfast and then I busted into the trick-o-treaters candy like a crack fiend. I packed my lunch today but I couldn’t say no birthday cake (twice).
I woke the horrible sugar craving dragon inside me. I am not too concerned that I have had a couple bad days…I am just having a really hard time resisting any and all things sweet. I want all the SUGAR! Get in my belly!
I will try again at dinner tonight to reset myself. I don’t want to get to the point that I start feeling crappy because as of right now I still feel good.
Just needed to vent and share.
