I haven’t made noodles…but I have mixed eggs and cream cheese to make delicious pancakes.

I just made blueberry pancakes the same way.
The mixture works, but could be a bit easy to break for noodles as the pancakes can be very delicate.

Seems east enough, will have to give it a try!! I bet my kids would love blueberry pancakes that way as well!! Thanks for sharing!!
