Ground pork 50% fat

I was able to get my butcher to make me some ground pork which is 50% fat.

Is there an easy way to calculate fat /protien for ground pork?

Usually, the fat content will be stated. Protein often works out to ~25% of the total weight of the meat. That ground pork at 50% fat has an unusually high fat content, so the protein will be more like 15%-20%.
