I’ve been on the Keto diet for three months now and doing very well. My only problem is that for the past few weeks when I have a bowel movement there is orange oil floating on the water. Not every day and not every time but at least three times a week. I have no medical insurance so I’m asking here first. Has anybody experienced this before? Sorry to have such a gross topic for my very first post. Thanks for any help.

Pancreatic problems can result in fat in the toilet. They can be serious (speaking from personal experience). Do you have abdominal pain?

The first thing that came to my mind was whether adding some bile salts to the diet might help?? (I don’t know, it was just my first thought.)
