Greens

Hi,
Do eating greens, salads is necessary? Practicly i eat only mushrooms, tomato and sometimes avocado. Should i change it?

Necessary for what, exactly? Like, will you die without them?

Many folks feel better without fiber and poo just fine without the greens. If you’re talking about vitamins, figure out what specifically you want/need and go from there. I eat a salad once a week. I get a huge spinach salad with low carb toppings from the salad bar on grocery shopping day for dinner. Other than that, I eat Brussels sprouts, broccoli, mushrooms, tomato and occasional avocado and those are small add-ons to the meat main dishes.

Many people do fine eating no carbohydrate at all. If you don’t like greens, don’t eat them. I eat salad primarily because it helps me get the blue cheese dressing from the salad bowl into my mouth.

I eat salads as a olive and pickled pepper delivery system. Also helps me get a little olive oil in my system.
