Got sick of cold more often

Winter is over finaly.
This winter after loosing 30+ kilos and on keto I got the cold way more often. Before when I was fat I did not have any worry about low temperatures. Now I feel the low temperatures as more hard to endure and I got cold very often.
My diet is also very low in plants, maybe I am missing something.
Another factor may be that I went to the gym this winter… .I was carefull when going back home but who knows.
What are your thoughts and any recomandations? Should I eat garlic in winter, is it due to less fat on my body that kept me warm ?

If you are not having issues with hunger and low energy, the cold feeling could be a result of blood flow increasing around high fat storage areas which draws blood from the extremities. And certainly having less insulation can also make us feel colder than we are used to. My advice is to bundle up and make sure you are eating enough.

And congrats on your amazing winter weight loss.

No issues like that.
But I feel that I should be more cautios. My winter clothes should be more insulating. I always dissmised the advice to be proper clothed becouse I did not get the cold. Gess this is a non scale *victory…

Hey, I haven’t run into you here for a while :sunglasses:. I agree about bundling up, and make sure you’re eating enough fat. That’s how the Eskimos keep warm working in The Arctic. Especially if you’re near your body composition goals and don’t have much body fat. Drink that butter! :cowboy_hat_face:
