Hi! Didn’t know where to post this, but this seemed like an okay place. I have been doing IF since January 10, and incorporated keto as well, as of Jan 23. So far I am feeling super. It has worked wonders for my ulcerative colitis, and this way of eating for weight loss is in my experience far more palatable and practical than eating many small, carb-containing meals a day.
I intended to do a medical check-up before starting, so that I knew my values, and later on do a control. However I got too excited and forgot to book an appointment, but have done so now. My doctor is a fan of low/no carb diets, and put my dad on it a few years ago, so he probably knows which markers to check for, but just to be absolutely sure I have to ask you guys what needs checking!
Any answers would be appreciated!
