Oh my gosh thats do nice of you…i just seem to be having a hard time eith sll these numbers …i really want to do this …it seems like all the recipes are high in calories and i will use that up before fat…so i go with fat laden food recipes???

1g carb is 4 kcal, 1g protein is 4 kcal, and 1g fat is 9kcal. Eating high fat will mean higher calories to some extent, but this isn’t a bad thing when starting out.
My guess is you’re in your first couple weeks. I’d suggest working on keeping carbs low, reading labels, then worrying about all the other numbers as you progress and get more comfortable.

Yes, and don’t worry about calories.
You’ll most likely find that your appetite reduces pretty quickly. Then just keep your carbs below 20g, moderate protein and fat to satiety. It is just had you will reach satiety sooner as you will be using your body fat for fuel.
