I think I’ve asked this question before but I didn’t really get the answers I was looking for, or not many anyway.
For those who have reached goal weight or are nearing, how has your fasting schedules changed?
I am currently sitting at 63.5kg, this has always been my ‘set weight point’, my little jelly legs are quite happy here, but I need to push through and burn the rest of this body fat. I have pockets of fat on my thighs that I have been trying to shift with fasting.
I really cannot go more than 3 days, maybe that’s mental, but I just really want to eat.
How long can you fast with little body fat?
Do you use more supplements like bone broth to get you through when you didn’t need to before?
I’m alternate day fasting right now and working out, it seems to be having a positive impact but i’m curious on other peoples situations.
