Go-to post workout keto meal

Hello Keto friends!

Growing up I was a avid weight lifter and it was almost gospel to drink a protein shake immediately after a workout. Since I’ve been on keto I’ve thrown that rule out the window. Just wondering for those of you out there, do you have a go-to “protein shake” or quick meal you intake immediately after a workout?

Not sure if this is helpful

I do not eat at all after a workout😳
Water and some salt only
Nor do I eat prior…

For me, I have more energy and strength fasted. In addition, after my workout, I’m not hungry
And my energy is STILL increases along w my focus

I just eat what ever my Keto meal will be about 3 hours later. No special shake or meal or pill.

I’m sure others will help w their “ routine “
Maybe have some science backed info?
