Glucose test results

I recently had some blood drawn for a life insurance physical and the glucose results with the stated expected range doen’t make sence to me. Hoping someone can give me some clarity on it.

My result = 2 GLYC
Expected range = 70-110 mg/dL

One does not appear to translate to the other

Doesn’t make sense to me. Is there no actual value written? (There’s no way you had 2 mg/dL and were still standing.)

This is what one of mine looks like (I have “high” blood sugar in the morning, low carb 5.5 years). The 101 is what I got on the test.
