Has anyone heard of this method to test if you are in ketosis? It seems like a marketing scam to sell more keto testing stuff.

It’s legit especially if you are using keto for therapeutic uses such as cancer, epilepsy, Alzheimer’s. Low bg and higher ketones are said to be protective as well.

It’s not used to check whether you’re in ketosis. It’s about levels of ketosis. Supposedly, different levels of ketosis target different things. And there’s nothing additional to sell, it’s just arithmetic. But you would still need a blood glucose and ketone meter.
