Hello everyone… newbie here. was just wondering your thoughts on these GG Scandinavian crackers. Can I eat two of these with some peanut butter on them. Are they KETO approved? Thoughts please… I don’t know how to add photos :joy:![image|375x500](upload://4CBpSvAw3zWrC3NkNNdR9bUJTZS. jpeg)

6g total carbs
4g total fiber
1g protein
Ingredients: wheat bran, whole grain rye flour, salt, wheat

Typically I would say no because of the ingredients.
They aren’t low carb at 6 per cracker.
The main ingredient is wheat bran, and whole grain rye flour.
I would not say this is keto approved in my opinion.

The best kind of low carb cracker is a seed cracker, not a wheat cracker.

I don’t eat wheat products on keto. The only time I might is if I have a cheat meal. Very infrequently.

It’s still 2 net carbs per cracker, which is a lot for cracker to be honest.
