German Keto resources?

Can any of you clever people recommend any Keto resources in German? (websites, youtube, podcasts, books etc)
This would be a be big help, many thanks.

I won’t be much help… all I could find two years ago was a list of shops selling MCT oil. Keto doesn’t seem to be of interest.

Thanks for your reply David, thats good to know I least. Luckily with online translators and AI these days at least the English resources can be translated. Not ideal but better than nothing.
