Hey all, I usually IF either 16/8 or 18/6. But I really want to incorporate collagen into my diet (my nails are awful). How do you all work it into your diet? When I first started I’d just put it in my coffee in the morning. I’ve heard that because it’s protein it will break your fast. Thanks!!! Keto on

I use this in my coffee when I don’t have access to my blender.
I have also used this in coffee.
I also add unflavoured bulk gelatin to salads and other ‘one bowl’ meals I make. It’s virtually tasteless so it mixes well with pretty much anything. Since it absorbs liquids you could use it to thicken anything that’s a bit too wet.
