So first off, one of the biggest things for keto esp early one and when you don’t know your limit keep your carbs at 20g or less net. That is not a target to hit, that is something you want stay away from, so less than is important. That seems to be the limit that works for everyone, you may be higher. Ideally you don’t want to fill that particular tank up, but remain as empty as possible.
Second at two days you have probably not even depleted you glycogen stores, so you are still running on glucose primarily. Depending upon the level of dysfunction in your system you may need up to a week to get to the point were the keytones are kicking in and you notice it. That would depend upon your intake and your expenditure levels, so this is a case were exercise would help. This is were more of your bio will help, if you are lean and young with out any major problems it may only take a few days to become keto adapted and a few weeks to fat adapt. If your are a T2D then it could take longer for everything, more typcally middle aged people about 2 weeks to fully keto adapt and about 8 weeks to become fat adapted reasonably. It was around 2 1/2 and 8 for me and I was obese and 44 male.
You want to increase your fat intake, the prime goal is to hit your protein macro, and then fat until you are full. This will most likely be outside of your macro until the machinery get moving. Once you start this your body will begin a hormonal change and you will see changes, sometimes people gain for a few days its ok don’t worry there is a lot happening and you need to let your body sort it out. Drink lots of water, start to up your salt intake, start thinking about electrolytes, if you have major health issues like high blood pressure, T2D etc now is the time to talk to your Doctor if you have not.
Be patient, if you have questions ask, and keep calm and keto on.
